For the last 17 years, I have invested in the development and growth of organizations and individuals, both in Florida and more recently in the Metro Atlanta area. I have served in the role of learning & development specialist both in internal capacities as staff-member, and as a workshop facilitator and leadership coach for external clients. Having spoken in front of groups of 700+ and facilitated countless small group workshops, I have been able to come alongside organizations to help them in areas of habit-formation, strategic planning, process improvement, employee development and innovative collaboration. As an instructional designer I am passionate about assessing the gaps in core competencies and plotting a creative and engaging path to mastery.
