With over seven years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven researcher in the field of silicon photonic design and high-speed wireline communication. As a guest scientist at IHP and a research associate at Heinz Nixdorf Institute, I aim to contribute to the advancement of integrated circuit technology and innovation. I value collaboration, creativity, and curiosity, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams that share these values.In my current roles, I am involved in the design, layout, and testing of PLL-based clock and data recovery circuits for 100G PSM4 transceivers using 250 nm SiGe BiCMOS and 22 nm FDSOI technologies. I have published three papers in IEEE conferences on this topic, demonstrating the performance and functionality of the CDR chips. I use various skills and tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Advanced Design System, and Altium Designer, to execute and optimize my designs. I also collaborate with other researchers and industry partners to exchange ideas and feedback.
