Apollo Fire is licensed in all areas of fire protection. With our in house engineering and staff we can design, stamp, install, inspect and service all fire sprinkler, kitchen suppression and alarm systems. We also provide on-site extinguisher inspections and service.

Primary responsibilities began with the creation and implementation of new corporate processes and policies including capital expenditures, PCard, decentralized purchasing and supply chain KPIs. Day to day responsibilities included the creation of pricing contracts and purchase orders for national suppliers while managing junior buyers located at each facility handling local purchases for the day to day operations.o Overall managed spend is approximately $25MM yearly.

Houston facility procurement department lead. Responsible for the training and implementation of junior level buyers. Coordinated with sales and engineering in developing custom equipment project estimations. Estimations included thorough cost analysis of all materials, labor and production timelines. After project start-up responsibilities shifted to supply chain and logistics ensuring materials were purchased and delivered on time and under budget to meet customer deadlines and budgetary benchmarks. Responsible for generating profit / cost, inventory turn-over and vendor score card reports for executive management.o Responsible for negotiating contracts pertaining to vendor stocked or consignment inventory for the express purposes of expediting material deliveries, lowering overall material cost and improving bottom line EBITDA. o Overall managed spend was approximately $8MM yearly.

Taught various courses and completed training sessions on curriculum including Covey leadership, Lean - Six Sigma, leadership effectiveness, systems thinking, process efficiency and inter/intrapersonal office relations.

Managed 25-35 employees. General construction, historic property renovations, laborer schedules, payroll and site coordination, heavy equipment and materials purchasing, and main point of contact on job site for all vendors, material deliveries, safety issues and customer communication.
