After project start-up responsibilities shifted to supply chain and logistics ensuring materials were purchased and delivered on time and under budget to meet customer deadlines and budgetary benchmarks. Responsible for generating profit / cost, inventory turn-over and vendor score card reports for executive management.o Responsible for negotiating contracts pertaining to vendor stocked or consignment inventory for the express purposes of expediting material deliveries, lowering overall material cost and improving bottom line EBITDA. o Overall managed spend was approximately $8MM yearly.
