I am a partner at Einbinder & Dunn LLP, a general practice firm with a national reputation in franchise law and related litigation. I have significant corporate and commercial litigation experience, assisting both franchisees, franchisors and other businesses with commercial contract and general commercial disputes. I also have significant transactional commercial and corporate transactional experience. I have represented businesses in the transportation, child care, entertainment, restaurant and real estate industries. I also have experience representing clients in mediation and informal settlement negotiations, which have resulted in successful settlements in complex lawsuits at all stages of litigation. I have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, amendments and extensions to existing contracts, settlement agreements, and in coordinating corporate organizational matters. I have litigated in state and federal courts and before various arbitration/alternative dispute resolution forums, in jurisdictions throughout the country.I recently became a committee member of the Women's Caucus Steering Committee for the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising. I am a former committee member of the Young Lawyers'​ Division for the ABA.
