Implemented a new equation consisting of a contractor with financing, the operator providing equity, and the Owner and executed due diligence process, budget, feasibility review, and areas for improvements.- Established a company partnership dedicated to port operations that contributed 20% of the project value in equity. - Collaborated with the company responsible for the EPC to obtain financing for the construction and most of the equipment.- Developed the guarantees for the debt, using bonds from a Development Bank, reducing the financial cost given the Institution's favorable conditions (subsidies).

• Finalized the project study with OEC joining forces with an American E&C (EPC) company to develop basic engineering, feasibility studies, and a cost estimate for constructing a 300 kbpd, estimated $10B refinery in Africa. Developed a strategy to minimize the risk of losses from inflation and or exchange rate variations.- Created a Workplan contemplating the mobilization of professionals from India and Asia to supplement the 25-30,000 workforce needs in Africa.• Mobilized the infrastructure for a $850M contract in 5-simultaneous countries, including US (Pasadena and Houston, Texas locations). Established a specific Action Plan, identified, and mobilized a project manager and the leaders of the primary disciplines, and retained a hiring company for staffing and operations.- Led the team collaboration establishing a corporate structure that was instrumental in saving $10M and generating new business growth.- Identified and obtained environmental tax benefits that generated client savings at $5M by executing a detailed analysis of the projects and identifying those that could be exempt.

• As the liaison, organized planning processes and information system increased performance consistency and objectives, generating an average profit margin increase from 15% to 21%. Analyzed the prior 2-years for each business and created a corporate guideline containing planning, market scenarios by industry, long-term 10-year vision, annual action plans, and implemented a zero-base budget.- Resolved legal disputes and associated risks valued at $12M.- Secured 70% financing of a $25M investment to build a fish food processing plant. - Executed an elaborate financial model, feasibility study and led the construction project teams for 3-hydroelectric plants.- Led the $6M investment reorganization and expansion of the heart of the palm processing plant.• Sustainable Development Program, in the south of Bahia – Built a team of 12 professionals focused on product marketing, project development, and investor partnerships.
