Intersecting artificial intelligence with human connection in the interview room. Led a passionate, unorthodox, and technically savvy bunch of "Ingagers" spanning four countries to enable "reading the virtual room" through behavioral intelligence.

Explored creativity in entrepreneurship, researched the intersection of tech and human connection, and learned from incredible business leaders. Also, developed a framework for evaluating business ideas that don't fit the problem-solution model—ideas built on delight that I call "magic." Most importantly, the research I did here led to the formation of my AI startup Ingage.

Co-founded a creative consultancy in Miami. During this time, we invented a (social impact) lightbulb that was sold to Walmart, developed the marketing strategy and creative content (and charitable initiative) for a unicorn startup, consulted on the launch of 5G for a telecomm, contributed to an innovation pipeline for one of the country's largest banks, developed a biometric app for a candy company, and made ads for the Super Bowl and World Series.

Was recruited by Crispin Porter + Bogusky (Creativity Magazine's "Agency of the Decade") to join one of the industry's most celebrated creative departments. The work I did here won a Cannes Lion at the International Festival of Creativity in France; a D&AD pencil in London; and was written about or appeared in Time, National Geographic, the BBC and other national and international publications.
