I also served as the technical liaison between in-house personnel, technical support agencies, or any other agency as needed.Up through 2005, I was responsible for the operation of the Army G-4 network, servers, and services in the Pentagon and then transitioned the entire system into the HQDA (now ITA) centralized IT infrastructure. I administered the server farm, planned server upgrades, moved the server room to newly renovated server rooms, and after 911 recovered and restored the Army G-4 server farm and network. I supervised seven help desk technicians and systems administrators.My experience includes managing projects to transition the organization to DISA Enterprise email, SharePoint, PKI tokens, and the hosting of of the LEXIS business application.
