Hi, I am Mukul Dhamija. My professional work centers around trying to find out what ticks in the mind of consumer which can be both an end consumer or a business ergo. being a Marketeer. I have 2.5 years of experience of building Ecommerce app from scratch in both B2C as well as B2B Space- Started from setting up various parts of value chain- Logistics to Vendor Management to sorting legal minutiae. And now doing Branding, Marketing and Product Management in my capacity in the current organization-AWL one of the largest organization in India in Retail and FMCG space.My journey in Marketing started when after graduating in technical degree in 2016, I'd a penchant to write content and took up part time and free lance jobs in Content Writing. There I understood the nuances of Digital Marketing, SEO as well as branded content. It pushed me to go for Marketing as a full fledge career. My journey took leap in 2018 when I went to do MBA from Goa Institute of Management (GIM). It was a challenging and exciting period being in one of the best B schools in country- A shy person like me became very collaborative, forthright and confident working in different groups for various assignments and external projects. While my specialisation included Marketing and HR, my business knowledge and fundamentals were aided by understanding other subjects as well- whether it's in Operations, Finance or even creative space like Design Thinking.Prior to this, I worked hands-on as a Site Quality engineer for a small company based out of Punjab where I was incharge of surveying and quality testing. My biggest takeback from this job was how to be grounded and understand working of daily wage workers. And avid learner working in a nimble environment and having ability to handle multiple hats at once collaborating with many stakeholders, I strive to be an affable & logical person.
