Project: USAID’s Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FS/TIP) Activity funded by Winrock International back donor USAID.Major Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the Project Database, ensuring project information is up-to-date and accurate.● Develop and update the project monitoring plan, monitor the indicators of the project and recommend further improvement of the logical framework.● Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans● Meeting with project beneficiaries to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines● Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time● Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables● Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders● Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports● Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables

Project: USAID’s Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FS/TIP) Activity funded by Winrock International back donor USAID.Major Responsibilities: - Case identification, integrating planning & need-based support service and documentation.- Planning and implementing projects, coordination, and monitoring of field data enumerators as well as managing the central database.- Supervising volunteers/Peer leaders for implementing the programs in 7 districts of Bangladesh;- Preparing event documents and organizing & facilitating consultation, workshops, and capacity-building training at various levels;- Preparing monthly work plans and tracking monthly output sheets and budgets;- Preparing bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;- Communication with different level stakeholders (Union Parishad, Upazila, District and Ministry officials) and organize Upazila and national level stakeholders consolations meetings

It is a such kind of society which help students for increasing their ideas and write those ides and send to the newspaper.we have lots of potentiality but lack of some suggestions we can't make those skills or assets.So Dhaka University Unit, Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum will help University of Dhaka's Students for growing there writing skills and help to published in different newspapers.I am such lucky person to create such kind of Non- Profitable organisation which help STUDENTS and make them happy.This Unite will run Under the national organisation called Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum (BTCLF). I am really happy that i am one of the Co-founder of BTCLF.I am also the editorial board member of BTCLF.

This is a platform for young and students for writing Newspaper. Young are innovative ever. They make lot of creative writing. But they don’t know how their works will be published. So, we Five University Students are thinking to help thous youth whom want to shear their creative work through newspaper. As this thinking we started a platform called BANGLADESH TARUN COLUMN LEKHOK FORUM ( BTCLF). We started our journey from 23 July 2018 infront of Art's Building of University of Dhaka (DU), Shahabag, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Founders are:1. Md. Jakaria, Department of Philosophy, DU2. Zahanur Islam, Department of Philosophy DU3. Nazmun Ara Samima, Department of Philosophy, DU4. Nigar Sultana Supty, Department of Zoology, DU5. Resma Akter, Department of Law, DU We all are form University of Dhaka's (DU) Student from different faculties.After that we starting our journey with different University of Bangladesh. First we start University of Dhaka's Unite (DU unite). I got the presidential role in that Unite. Till now (16 may 2019) we are connected with 12 institutions ( University, college etc). We already make 200+ columnist thous are started their journey with us. It is increasing.

I started my journey with Notre Dame English Club from begining of my college life from 3rd July 2013. I was selected as a Sub - committee member from September 2013 to 14 January 2014. Finally I was elected as a President of Notre Dame English Club ( NDEC) .My responsibilities : My responsibilities include Club Member Recruitment Policy formulation, National level event Planing, Budgeting & Organizing, Workshop Facilitation.I also work as a Head of Voluntaries in 1st International Nature Summit.The major event i was organised 2nd National English Carnival where 2000+ participants was participated around whole Bangladesh.
