Grameenphone Network Operation

Duties/Responsibilities:Grameenphone Network Operation & Maintenance1. Base stations alarms & fault handling.2. Re-configuration of BTS/MW to upgrade the Network capacity.3. Attend customer complaints, identify issues, and finalize solutions to meet client needs.4. On-Call support, PM and Collaborate on physical and remote PAT.5. Ensuring smooth fuel management by the zone6. Maintenance of active & passive spare parts (SCM) and Support teams within the organization.7. Ensuring maximum utilization of resources on proactively.8. Ensuring KPI/ SLA of cyclic PM.9. Supporting and managing sub-contractor works10. Plan daily, weekly and monthly work according to SLA, SRMS. Maintaining and updating databases properly.11. Prepare various reports on required service delivery and quality.12. Work in collaboration with the cross-functional team in crisis situations to overcome obstacles and restore services in the shortest possible time.13. Solutions to critical network issues need to be devised and acted as a team / team-leader for effective solutions.14. Optimized network plan prepare revision and optimization plans in time.

Duties/Responsibilities:1. Supervise and technical support to team members for installation and commissioning with standard guideline.2. Work planning and team monitoring.3. Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of new BTS (HUAWEI, ERICSSON) & Rectifier (HUAWEI, EMERSON, DELTA, ELTEK, LINEAGE POWER) with critical fault handling.4. Attend any time fault alarm on call, technical support by over phone or via online as well as power system, transmission and BTS.5. Installation, commissioning, new configuration loading or removing of HUAWEI (NE40E) Router and critical fault handling.6. New MW Link (RTN, IPASO, NEOc, IP Radio, Minilink) installation, operation, commissioning and critical fault handling.7. 3G Script creating, loading and alarm solution with commands.8. 2G/3G/LTE script loading, configuration and commissioning.9. Firmware, Software and License Up gradation of RTN (HUAWEI), iPaso (NEC) and NEOc (NEC) IDU and ODU.10. Software and Hardware base fault handling of Network equipment.11. Network Management System (NMS) & Link commissioning of RTN, iPaso, NEOc, IP Radio, Minilink and critical fault handling.12. AC/DC power distribution system and quality testing.13. Routing and Networking knowledge.14. ABIS over IP migration with 2G, 3G and NMS Route integration.15. Re-configuration, capacity up gradation and FE configuration of MW Link.16. Installation quality checking, ensuring, network service testing and PAT perform.17. Train up to the team members and resources person in the field level.18. Regular fault analysis & take tangible initiative to reduce faults.19. Technical management such as erection, installation, commissioning, fault analysis and solution.20. HSSE training and awareness for safety ensuring.21. QC, EHS, Audit, eSurvey, SIMSSPACE and Installation task complete by ISDP operating.
