•Managing inbound shipments: PO fill rate, Appointment Management, ASNs,operational issues, Dock Management, lead time, Putway of Stock, GRN within TAT,and Generating MRN for Rejected Stocks.•Ensuring After GRN, Articles are visible on MKP.•Analyze Sales Data and Trends For Manual PO Raise.•Coordinate with the Catalog Team and MDM Team.•Monitor inventory hygiene through regular scheduled and random physical inventorychecks.•Calculate inventory shrink and process vendor debits.•Monitor different Storage Locations (SLOCs).•Manage Warehouse Master Data of 2300+ SKUs for bin and space utilization.•Run daily activities in the inventory department for WMS hygiene, including binconsolidation, PI checks, MRP & BBD audits, putaway audits, interim clearance, andbin accuracy checks.•Liquidation of Near-Expiry, Non-Sealable, and Damage SKUs through ProperChannels.•Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability anddevelop exit strategies for unproductive inventory.•Resolve inventory issues within the Distribution Center (DC) and address physicaland system stock mismatches.•Ensure picking accuracy and coordinate delivery schedules.•Create sales orders, outbound delivery, picking & packing lists, invoices, and E-waybill generation for Bulk customer orders using SAP MM.•Manage a team of shift in-charges, supervisors, and administrative staff.•Implement 5S and Kaizen principles in the department.•Prepare primary reports and MIS reports.•Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for the team.•Address any issues or challenges that arise during warehouse operations.

•Ensuring picking as per Order generated for the day and in line with the delivery schedule.•Leading the team of the micro counter for accuracy of picking and control measuresto reduce errors.•Managing a team of Supervisors, administration staff, and drivers.•Ensure Gap analysis for Indent vs Pick and take corrective action.•Ensure dispatches to the SDP are in line with the delivery schedule and PDD.•Regularly train pickers and packers for improvement in productivity & accuracy.•5s, Kaizen implementation in the department.•We are monitoring Vehicle movements, ensuring timely & accurate dispatches.•Ensure optimum vehicle capacity .•Ontime Vehicle Placement at the dock.•Ensure Vehicle Fitness as per compliance.•Review 3PL / Driver attendance as per shift plan.•Prepare primary reports and MIS reports.•Check every trip sheet for remarks of short/ excess, and record the same. Ensure thatthe record is addressed daily under the guidance of the Central Team.•Ensure seal data/consumption record and its booking details verification.•Fill dashboard reports analyze them for deficiencies and plan for improvements.
