• Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.• Utilize HR information systems HRIS to manage and maintain employee data.• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and collaborate with MIS to implement improvements or updates.• Collect and verify timekeeping information and attendance records.• Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and on time.• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee details, salary information, tax withholdings, and provide all kind of salary support to staffs.• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR Metrics to Business • Handle bulk employee inquiries and concerns from market sales and management staffs, provide all kind of salary services.• Work closely with accounts departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in salary issues.• Perform mass separation of sales force and management staffs in an organic manner and provide all necessary documents like Clearance paper, NOC, Final Payment and other benefits.Role as an HRBP• Collect HR requisitions from business.• Overseeing recruitment to ensure seamless integration of new hires according to business HR demand. • Manpower utilization, HR forecasting, and succession planning. • Developing and managing strategic organograms• Work with business staffs’ performance evaluation, incentive programs and annual increment.• Frequent factory visits to work collaboratively with factory HR personnel on business HR related issues.• Work as a coordinator between factories HR personnels and Business.• Employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.• Addressing grievance issues and fostering a positive work environment.• Preparing and analyzing monthly HR reports and presenting it to the board of directors’ meetings.
