Coordinated degree programs and faculty under the newly formed Economics & Social Development Department within the new College of Business & EconomicsDesigned curriculum and taught graduate level online and ground-based courses for the Masters of Nonprofit Management degree program. Supervised department faculty and staff and performed faculty recruitment and performance evaluations. Managed department budgets and forecasts of future departmental needs. Key Achievement:* Founded the annual Solutions to End Poverty Sustainably (STEPS) Symposium that brings global thinkers and researchers together to share solutions for ending global poverty.

Department Chair - Global Nonprofit Leadership Department - Regis UniversityDesigned the curriculum and taught 5 graduate level online and ground-based courses. Planned, budgeted and developed strategies and programmatic functions of the Global Nonprofit Management Department. Managed all graduate Master of Nonprofit Management program and undergraduate Civil Society curriculum. Established relationships with front range states and international partners in Peru, Tanzania, and Uganda. Supervised 55 faculty members and created course schedules. Served on high level institutional and community committees and boards.Key Achievements:* Positioned the Master of Nonprofit Management program as a Tier I nonprofit graduate degree both nationally and internationally. Grew the program from 120 to 250 in 4 years which doubled budget revenue to the university general fund.* Expanded the Service Oriented Field Experience (SOFE) program to offer better experiential learning opportunities for students nationally and globally.
