Regularly drafted and filed attorney-approved pleadings and motions with the court; served discovery requests upon various agencies; researched property histories for land use and lead paint proceedings; diligently conducted complex discovery review; drafted deposition and trial transcript summaries; performed on-site medical malpractice research at the Health Care Alternative Dispute Resolution Office (HADRO); drafted demand letters and legal memoranda; coordinated interdepartmental efforts on cooperative projects; assisted attorneys on pro bono criminal proceedings. Performed typical paralegal duties including calendar management, hourly billing reports, client interaction, document management, etc.
