I am Mustafa Delibaşlar, a 21-year-old Mechanical Engineer specializing in combat UAVs and gas turbine engines. I am proficient in SolidWorks, Siemens NX, ANSYS, XFLR5, SolidCAM, and Microsoft Office. I have intermediate skills in Python and Fusion360, while actively improving my entry-level knowledge of Zeiss Inspect and MATLAB through my education. I also hold UAV0 and UAV1 certifications, which grant me piloting skills.I am experienced in Gd&T, advanced technical drawing, metallurgical analysis, material selection, and machining. I have worked on precision casting, machining, and composite production and am skilled in operating manual lathes and milling machines. My expertise spans structural, thermodynamic, static, and aerodynamic analyses, particularly on turbine engines and CUAV models. I have previously worked in quality control, production, design, and R&D for turbine engines and UAVs, adhering to AS9100 standards. I am fluent in English (C1) and German (A1).I am a co-founder of Delibaşlar Aviation and Defense and DBD GROUP, which provide UAVs, rescue systems, water jets, datalink systems, and software for defense industry companies. After competing with Turkey's first autonomous jet at TEKNOFEST 2021, I established my enterprise with the encouragement of Mustafa Varank (then Minister of Industry and Technology) and Hasan Mandal (then TÜBİTAK President). These experiences equipped me with the skills to manage R&D processes and transform ideas into products in compliance with AS9100 and MIL-STD-810H standards.I began working on turbine engines and UAVs as a hobby in September 2019 and transitioned to professional work in July 2021 after completing technical courses. For five years, I have been managing my own businesses, focusing on developing UAVs for defense companies, overseeing idea-to-product transitions, creating sustainable designs, and establishing supply chains. I have also participated in consumer electronics and customization projects.In the future, I aim to work on turbojet engine development and production. I have already completed a +85N thrust prototype and plan to finish and launch my +450N thrust engines next year.
