As an independent professional, I am responsible for managing institutional relations on behalf of a select group of clients. My focus areas encompass the renewable energy, large-scale distribution, agri-food, and artificial intelligence sectors. I strategically develop communication initiatives to enhance public perception and foster meaningful connections within these industries.

In a freelance capacity, I engage with a network of associates to deliver consultancy services in legislative monitoring. My clients hail from diverse sectors, and I am entrusted with the task of tracking and reporting on legislative activities at national, regional, and European levels. I also extend support to companies and business organizations seeking to comprehend the policy directions of public institutions on issues of their own interest.

I founded and led the Parliamentary Intergroup in support of the autonomy initiative for Western Sahara, one of the first in Europe and beyond. This pioneering effort aimed to promote economic, commercial, and cultural relationships between Italy and Western Sahara while supporting the Moroccan autonomy initiative. In this capacity, I cultivated crucial relationships with Moroccan institutional leaders.

Since 2015, I have been a member of the parliamentary intergroup fostering friendship between Italy and Taiwan. As of 2018, I have assumed the role of Vice President within this intergroup, with the goal of nurturing and enhancing economic, commercial, industrial, and cultural ties between the two nations. Through this role, I have cultivated robust associations with institutions in Taipei (fortified by three official visits), established connections with the diplomatic network, collaborated with prominent industrial conglomerates, and engaged with the Italian community contributing to Taiwan's endeavors.

In January 2016, I promoted the birth of the "Hydrogen society" Intergroup with the aim of fostering meaningful dialogues concerning the advancement of hydrogen technology and the practical dissemination of its applications. My commitment persisted through the XVII legislature and continued in the following one as a member of the Hydrogen Intergroup.

I worked as a member of the parliamentary intergroup dedicated to technological innovation. This intergroup, composed of deputies and senators from various political backgrounds, was established to synchronize the efforts of parliament members who care about technological innovation in its various forms. Through this role, I engaged with major players in the technological sector, telecommunications, industry, energy, digital payments, banking, and significant digital corporations.

I was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in the 2013 general elections and re-elected in 2018 by winning the single-member constituency of Forlì-Faenza. Over the course of nearly a decade of dedicated service within the institutional landscape, I assumed active membership in the standing Commissions for Finance (VI) and Constitutional Affairs, as well as engagements with the Presidency of the Council and interiors (I). My commitment extended to assuming various leadership roles within parliamentary groups, including a position as Vice President. Additionally, I contributed as a member of the Committee for Regulation, an experience that significantly enriched my understanding of institutional mechanisms and the intricacies of the parliamentary process.

In 2004, I launched RomagnaOggi.it, an online newspaper that is part of the CityNews network. I started it in 2004 and served as its editor-in-chief until January 2010. From its inception until March 2013, I held the position of magazine director. Through this experience, I gained insights into the process of creating, managing, navigating bureaucracy, and developing a business in the digital market.

In June 2009, I earned a seat in the municipal council of Forlì through the second-highest vote count among candidates from all lists. While conventionally not seen as a typical occupation, this role represents a dedicated service to the community, demanding the same level of commitment and importance as any regular profession. Serving as a City Councilor provided me an intimate understanding of the inner workings of public administration. It afforded me the opportunity to observe how local authorities interact with citizens and enterprises, further enhancing my knowledge of the practical implementation of pertinent laws.

As the National President of ANSO, the Association of Online Newspapers Publishers, I led an organization that united publishers of local online newspapers from across Italy. Through this role, I engaged with over a hundred local online newspapers, established connections with key players in the digital market, including notable entities like Google, and fostered relationships with primary national institutions overseeing publishing and the digital market.

My responsibilities at DeAgostini Spa included conducting sales reporting, monitoring newsstand activities, and ensuring proper product placements in collaboration with newsstands located in the Romagna area.

I collaborated with Corriere Romagna, one of the primary newspapers in the Romagna region. I began by covering sports and later expanded to cover a wide range of topics including politics, economics, and culture.
