I am Primary support for the college Learning Management Software, Canvas.I am also the main support contact for multiple Library systems, including the Integrated Library System, OCLC Worldshare, and the Database Proxy software, EzProxy.I create and support multiple Python scripts for Canvas to transfer Banner data to Canvas with its API methods. Enrollment, user account and course creation are handled with automated scripts.I have knowledge of, and routinely access, our Banner ERP database with SQL statements and viewing software. I act as secondary support for other college software systems, and solve/implement service tickets when needed.Multiple years of experience in Linux system administration.I was the Library Systems Manager until April 2017, when I transitioned to my current position in the IT department. I still handle most of my Library roles, but have additional ones for college-wide systems.
