Duties/Responsibilities:1. Create excel templates for data collection and reporting.2. Collect sales information and prepare a consolidated report.3. Sales data comparisons daily/ weekly/ monthly.4. Collect daily expenses and prepare a report in view of that.5. Prepare a daily/ monthly report comparing between lifting and daily sales.6. Filter and analyze from a vast range of raw data on sales, and daily/ monthly expenses of the sales team.7. Prepare different types of sales reports on a daily basis like primary/lifting, non-lifting, secondary, overdue, collection, etc., and submit them to the respective person & related department.8. Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer.9. Prepare a product-wise stock report.10. Prepare a report on discounts given to customers (If any).11. Calculate damaged products of the dealer and depot.12. Provide various types of information as per queries of management.13. Finalize the Target in every month to discuss with Sales Heads.14. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.15. Data entry on the system (Excel/ERP)
