Drove the planning and deployment of over 13,000 LTE based cell sites serving mobile subscribers in 15 states and Puerto Rico. The newly deployed cell site technology increased mobile data speeds by as much as 200 percent for consumers and network transport by 2 orders of magnitude• Developed (and applied for patents) a revolutionary method for connecting and passing cell site packet traffic to a packet based router for terrestrial transport via microwave, copper and fiber mediums.

Hired in to a new role, on a new team, in support of Tier 1 service provider (Sprint) mobile network planning and implementation. • Designed and deployed a new IP based transport solution to interconnect Sprint’s average of 15 telephony switching modules. The solution was deployed to 12 regional data centers supporting 24 tandem switching systems with 15 or more switching modules • Led the testing and development of the 3G based mobile data solution for 24 Lucent based switching systems at Sprint. This solution increased mobile data speeds as much as 3 orders of magnitude for consumers.

Merged in to a growing team to support local commercial and enterprise customers in the Kansas City metro area. • Designed and implemented a new data center solution for a local financial brokerage service to support 17 brokers, 4 supervisors and an executive team for 10 Bloomberg feeds, 30 IP based phones, 25 wireless laptop and wired desktop computers with direct-attached storage and backups• Conducted network assessments and reviews for Kansas City’s 42 public elementary, middle and high schools data networks
