Working as a Project Coordinator (SPOC) for large multidisciplinary projects to make sure that all the communications with Client are handled by a single point of contact.- Coordination between the Client & Project Lead for each design project.- Responsible for setting up the meetings, sharing invites & preparing MOMs.- Update the creative team with feedback & expected milestones and adhering to project timelines.- Planning meetings and presentations as per project schedule for each delivery.- Taking necessary approvals and keeping a track of project documentation.- Coordination with all the internal departments of the company to support project progress.- Billing: Tracking deliveries and recovery of the invoices accordingly.Clients - Airport Authority of India, Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Tata Consultancy Services.
