Jr. Technical Project Manager
Current- Managed Sass products & website projects, overseeing 2+ active Sass products like CRM & sales automation with a team of 70+ developers, including UX/UI, Dev & QA teams. Successfully delivered new features of the Sass products and 100+ WordPress projects for USA partners.- Track and manage the overall product plan & project timeline for seamless execution.- Perform product & competitor research & create userflow diagrams, PRDs, & wireframes. Collaborate with UX/UI for design, handoff to developers, and manage task breakdown.- Define milestones, set due dates, and motivate stakeholders to meet commitments and deadlines with clear communication, and quality delivery. Manage issues, changes, and product risks.- Facilitate regular Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and utilizing the ClickUp project management tool.- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to minimize noise and incidents. Engage in internal and external meetings, write SOPs, and manage incident reports.- Analyze team capacity, plan effectively, track time & ensure productivity. provide 365/24/7 support for emergencies even after office hours and holidays.- Manage the product backlog and regularly update stakeholders on priorities and project progress.
