*Responsible for maintenance of 33 KV/11 KV/433 V substation (includes maintenance of H.T,L.T breakers,Transformers, Power factor maintenance, PCC and MCC panels maintenance)*Responsible for maintenance of Pharmaceutical equipment's like (centrifuges, Dryers, Filters, Reactors, Squirrel Gauge Induction motors) Electrical maintenance.*Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives*Forecasting of spare parts.*Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due.*Application of scheduling and project management principles to replacement programs.*Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment.*Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment.

* One of the team member in projects department and supported in completion of the project 24ton AFBC water tube boiler (Like Cabling to the motors, Transformers, Wrappers, Heating pads, AC to DC converting transformers erection used in ESP, Level, Flow transmitters installing as designed by Thermax) Which will be used in the Pharmaceutical Bulk drug manufacturing process.* One of the team member in projects department and supported in completion of the project 6-Effective Multiple Evaporator (Like cabling to the feed transferring pumps, Flow ,Level Transmitters installing as designed by Mojj Engineering) , Which will be used in the waste Handling management.* One of the team member in projects department and leaded the project of New Pharmacy Bulk drug manufacturing block (Like cable tray routing, Cabling to the reactor,Centrifuge,Filters,Dryers motors, Feeder like star-delta, Reverse-Forward designing, MCC panels erection by maintaining zero levels)
