I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and I am certified as a PICP Level 2 coach by the Poliquin Group, a leading authority in strength training and nutrition.In addition to designing and implementing customized training programs, I also offer wellness coaching and body work services, using fascia therapy and guasha techniques to relieve chronic and debilitating back pain.
