With over 11 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, I’ve never encountered a dull moment. I wear two hats, contributing to both the Global Fluids R&D team and the Global DE&I Software team.My typical workday at Weatherford involves digitalization, drilling optimization, development of new stimulation chemicals, addressing water conformance issues, matrix acidizing design, wellbore stability analyses, compression failure predictions, lost circulation materials, acid injection profiles, pore pressure analyses, and petrophysical interpretations.I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, from diverse social, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Our collaborative efforts have been recognized in over 25 international conferences and journals, and we have also filed a patent. My experience is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering. Beyond formal education, my work is driven by an unending desire to learn, grow, and engage with the industry’s best.
