Design and agree on processes which are clear, efficient and effective so when the standards are not working properly the business will hardly be affected. This means that processes must be aligned and clear to a customer and to the delivery party. Where support needs to be arranged I am open to using solutions which are not that obvious and I search for better solutions as the way we did it before. Most of the way of working can be improved due to the availability of other means: knowledge, tools, developments and other insides can lead to improvements in the 'old' way of working. Special product development, new methods of knowledge sharing, special procedures, clear commitments, non-standard solutions have been used in the various projects I worked for. Work on what is possible is more attractive than explaining to a customer what is not possible, Looking for solutions drives me. Don't rush: a little step every day brings you closer to the goal.
