* Pilot project for the redefinition of the operation model between planning and scheduling for a pharmaceutical company (2019 / Switzerland).
- Analysis of the AS IS situation and gap identification compared to the goal
- Design and implementation of a temporary planning solution, to be used until the implementation of an advanced planning tool

BEST, Board of European Students of Technology is a constantly growing non-profit and non-political organisation. Since 1989 we provide communication, co-operation and exchange possibilities for students all over Europe.Main organiser of a summer course involves being responsible of a group of 22 external persons from all around Europe. Together with some co-organisers of the local BEST group we take care of all the academical, cultural and other needs this type of events has.I developed my skills in managing a team, organising events for european students including the financial aspects and working in collaboration with teachers and companies. Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) & Ampasina Maningory (Madagascar)

Project on cooperation, "IngénieuxSud" in collaboration with ‘Louvain cooperation’ and ‘Ingénieurs sans frontières’.The project Aquampasina is a humanitarian project which involves the development of a technology of water purification, implemented in Madagascar. During 16 months, it has been entirely completed by myself and four of my colleagues. We became able to develop our knowledge in a real-life project, to promote it for fund raising, to do a business plan and to work collaboratively with people of another culture.
