Current- Responsible for recruiting to fill open job requisitions – full life cycle. (IT, Engineering, Management, Corporate Functions)
- Engaged with Hiring Manager on candidate screening, interview techniques, and offer components.
- Responsible for compensation analysis to determine an appropriate offer amount.
- Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs, and completeness of requisitions.
- Ensures that talent acquisition policies, procedures and practices are consistent with best practices.
- Mentor new recruiters providing guidance on recruiting processes and procedures.
