I am a communication expert with over 17 years of experience in journalism, documentary filmmaking, and diversity and inclusion. As the owner and founder of Ser+ Inclusiva, I help companies and institutions to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, develop inclusive cultures, and manage crises. I also provide training, lectures, and content production on D&I topics, drawing from my personal and professional background.In addition, I was a reporter and editor of programs and special projects at GloboNews, where I covered economy, politics, and culture. I have directed and scripted documentaries, always trying to imprint a mark and raise awareness on social issues. I am the author of the book "Duas mães e uma filha", where I share my experiences as a mother of a daughter with two mothers, and challenge gender stereotypes and social norms. I have a bachelor's degree in communication and journalism from UFRJ, a postgraduate degree in economics for journalists from FGV, and a postgraduate degree in diversity and inclusion in organizations from HSM University. I am also enrolled in a continuing education course in ESG and social impact of corporate practices from PUC-SP. I am fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French. My mission is to use communication as a tool for social change and empowerment.
