- Working with a team of Tekla Structures designers and detailers on structural steel detailing projects- Work management, scheduling and delivery optimization- Making the final review on drawings as well as the 3D model- Co-ordination with the clients to make sure the product is as per their specifications- Creating change orders and other financial documents required for billing- Developing and guiding the team in all technical aspects

- Studying and checking 3D models and 2D drawings using Tekla Structures- Creating RFIs and budget documents- Coordinating workflow in the team- Problem solving and supporting modellers and detailers- Maintaining product quality and on time deliveries- Taking on the spot decisions and making plan of actions

- Managing a team of quality checkers, as well as checking 3D models and 2D drawings created using Tekla Structures and SDS/2 - Planning the work and assigning tasks - Coordinating with the clients based in US and Canada - Coordinating with production teams and making sure the best possible quality product is provided to the client - Creating RFIs and financial documents - Taking technical training sessions and performing other activities for the benefit of the team

- Reviewing steel structure detailing 3D models and 2D drawings using Tekla Structures and SDS/2- Providing technical inputs to make sure quality is achieved right from the beginning of a project till the end - Keeping track of all communication and RFIs as well as change orders

- Technically examining and approving work claims put forward by AMC dealers working for TATA Motors using SAP and CRM infrastructure. - Creating credit notes as required - Achieving daily and monthly production targets
