My job is to support sales (manage funnels, organize meetings, live demos, etc.), manage leads, communicate directly with the marketing team, and fulfill orders from start to finish. I am involved in the sales process from the very beginning, including initial calls and meetings with potential customers or partners. I am heavily involved in the provisioning of hardware, training of software applications, and end-to-end support for the customer (including physical installation). I also keep track of all physical hardware inventory. I have been working heavily in market research, and brand development. I help manage all levels of social media. I do copy writing, design, Excel spreadsheet development, and PowerPoint presentations. I have also been in charge of office management, monitoring parking tags, access keys, and general inventory for our New Hope location.

The Logan is a popular luxury inn, with fine dining and casual dining restaurants, in historic New Hope. During tourist season, there is also a busy outdoor bar and terrace. Hired as a server, while maintaining previous part-time position at Christine’s during training period. Promoted to tend bar, where a typical shift consists of over 450 “covers”. Deliver high quality service, quickly and with no errors.

Company is a full-service, technology-driven business, delivering marketing solutions for commercial customers and individuals. Worked on design and typesetting (primarily wedding invitations, business cards, and blueprints). Also assisted with fulfillment and mailings.

Yardley

Christine’s is a fine dining, BYOB establishment. Began as a busboy during high school, was then promoted to server, continuing in this role while serving as assistant manager. Trained new wait staff and provided an enjoyable dining experience to patrons.
