Packaging/New Product Intro Department- Provided support for the Process and Equipment Qual for the Autoline 10 which is the new equipment for Sawn-type QFN (Quad Flat No-Leads) Package.- Performed Pre-engineering activities and qualification of new products from different divisions. - Assessment of current process capabilities and required direct/indirect materials for the new product. Purchase request of new or additional materials will be raised if needed. Creates wirebond program/layout for the new product.- Monitored the initial run and urgent engineering builds. Generate requests and submits the samples for Reliability Tests. Also performed post stress electrical testing for the samples.- Created a Backend Manufacturability Report for the new product qualification builds.- Supported other engineering builds/activities such as Fab Transfer Qual, Subcon Pull-in, Equipment Upgrade for Capacity Improvement, and New Package for Existing Devices.

Ovation/ONS Manufacturing Department- Assigned to Test and Finish Process and Equipment of Ovation/Optical Navigation Sensor (ONS) Manufacturing Department. - Performed process and yield monitoring for Test and Finish process. Provides analysis and corrective action on Test & Finish-related problems.- Performed troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration of the Test & Finish Equipment together with the technicians.- Worked with the qualification of the additional new machines for Test & Finish: JLSI-2162C Test Handler & Cobra V3 Taping Eqp’t.- Conducted engineering evaluations as part of the Process and Yield Improvement Projects.- Supported the qualification of the OV2 and OVSlim Products using the QFN (Quad Flat No-Leads) and LGA (Land Grid Array) Packages.- Participated in the Ovation Statistical Process Control (SPC) Team and became a leader for the Ideas Sub-group.- Represented the Ovation Mfg. for the Bin Mix Council and Energy Conservation (EnerCon) Team.

Autoline Technology/R&D Department - Supported the qualification of the new Autoline Equipment for Punch-type QFN (Quad Flat No Leads) Package. Performed monitoring of the installation, start-up, and initial builds together with the Service Engineers and co-engineers. - Gave feedbacks to the Lead Engineers regarding the lot history and issues during the lot run.- Filled-up and provided the Special Work Request (SWR) Forms to the Product Engineers for their evaluations.

Autoline Test MPE Department- Support for the Test Process of the Autoline Manufacturing.- Monitored the testing, helped in maintaining the yield, and documented the results.- Assisted in the checking-out of the new test programs and load boards.- Analyzed the cause of low production yield, verified the validity of rejects, looked for its root cause, and created a documented report regarding the failure.

Engineering Department- Assisted in setting-up and operation of the camera control unit (CCU) used in tapings.- Aided in connecting the broadcasting equipment for remote studio operations.- Attended trainings about other equipment used inside the studio such as Video Wall, Video Tape Recorder, Digital CCU, and Chroma keying.
