I specialized in ontology engineering and linked data management. In collaboration with my team, I knowledge-modeled large data integration and management projects for Ontotext including Semantic Knowledge Base for The National Archive of the United Kingdom, Research Space for the British Museum, BNL, the National Library of the Netherlands, Europeana Creative, and Multisensor (FP7 projects.)I designed and developed data integration infrastructures based on RDF and SPARQL, and enabled efficient querying, access, and navigation over linked data via SPARQL. I managed the largest data pool of heterogeneous general purpose knowledge on which inference was performed, FactForge, including crafting exemplary SPARQL queries showcasing wealth of knowledge and SPARQL 1.1 system support I also orchestrated the creation of European SPARQL end point containing close to 1 billion RDF fact generating 4 billion retrievable statements, and modeled industrial/enterprise data in pilot project introducing semantic technologies to U.S. industrial settings.

In this role, I directed specialized business analysts and a $1M budget for Canada's biggest telecommunications company. I forged and maintained effective relationships with vendors, academic institutions, and Bell units, and conceived a scorecard for staff evaluation and performance enhancement.In addition, I developed a 3-5 year plan for voice interactive system (IVR) with a net benefit of $13M within 3 years , and deployed innovative approaches of emotion detection and analysis of customer satisfaction in daily call logs.Lastly, I defined, presented, and won a project developing a performance-enhancing analytic tool of $100K.

I designed and oversaw an international interdisciplinary team and led the creation of innovative solutions for intelligent information management, based on linguistic principles, human resources development, and planning. I also prepared and delivered corporative presentations, engaged in project definition, and optimized work processes.

I designed an actionable and high performance solution for automatic natural language understanding, dialogue management (human-computer interaction) and knowledge packs including QA plans and tests.

I conducted comprehensive research in predication and discourse, analysis of compounds, syntax, and lexicon. I led instruction for graduate and undergraduate courses in artificial intelligence and expert systems.
