In this role, I directed specialized business analysts and a $1M budget for Canada's biggest telecommunications company. I forged and maintained effective relationships with vendors, academic institutions, and Bell units, and conceived a scorecard for staff evaluation and performance enhancement.In addition, I developed a 3-5 year plan for voice interactive system (IVR) with a net benefit of $13M within 3 years , and deployed innovative approaches of emotion detection and analysis of customer satisfaction in daily call logs.Lastly, I defined, presented, and won a project developing a performance-enhancing analytic tool of $100K.
