I am a Senior Research Analyst at Chemical Market Analytics by OPIS, a Dow Jones Company. In this role, I conduct industry analysis and manage the econometric model for the Global Chlor-Alkali team. I leverage advanced analytics and models for scenario analysis and long-term market projections. Previously, I worked as a Research Analyst for the Inorganics group, where I oversaw the publication of Global Chlor-Alkali market reports and performed various data analyses. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Houston, where I gained valuable theoretical knowledge and practical research experience. Additionally, I have developed proficiency in software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and RStudio.In my current role, I manage and support client and conference presentations, project work, and content management systems. Previously, I worked as a Community Relations Specialist at the City of Houston, where I managed the Hire Houston Youth program and the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund program, designing and implementing strategies to meet program objectives and equip youth with the knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions.
