# Developing a robust & optimized ADP tool for accommodating around 200 LNG Cargoes per annum (13 MTPA) from a diversified Supplier Portfolio (5-6) at 3-4 FSRUs.# Developing a smart & lean framework for coordination with LNG Suppliers, terminal operators and other stakeholders to ensure efficacious cargo scheduling.# Responsible to prepare the Monthly, Quarterly & Half-yearly regasification and unloading Forecast including all Year Forecast regasification figures and all Cargoes unloading and Deliveries to Finance Department for revenue calculation and analysis.# Being a team lead, analyzes the technical issues of TUA for negotiation to gain optimum leverage in Payra FSRU Project (500-1000 MMSCFD) [Additional Role]• Ensuring the contractual obligation as well as developing and managing relationships with Supplier.• Checking all the relevant documentation regarding the Final Invoice Amount.• Following the schedules of the SPA, counter-check the LNG Preliminary Discharge Report (specifically the LNG Quantity Report & the BOG Report).• Miscellaneous Invoices i.e. Port Charges Reimbursement & Surveyor bills, Liquidated Damages or any demurrages regarding Lay-time.• Comparing the Contracts (SPAs) of LNG Supply Proposal which are under negotiation.• In-depth Understanding of SPAs for securing contractual obligation.• Evaluation of LNG Supply Proposals (Long, short & mid-term) & providing feedback.Accomplishments: # Created a preliminary ADP Model for Cargo Scheduling which got me selected for being strategic coordinator of ADP.

• Planning of ADP-2020 for importing 82 LNG Cargoes at 2 FSRUs (Floating Storage Regasification Unit).• ADP-2020 Implementation through NDS mechanism.• Coordination with LNG Suppliers (Long Term & SPOT) along with Terminal Operators considering the demand of downstream.• Manage Suppliers to assure LNG Cargo delivery of contracted services and to develop solutions to complex delivery problems.
