Responsibilities:•Full Recruitment Cycle: My work covers the entire recruitment process. This includes posting job openings on various websites, conducting initial pre-interviews, coordinating final round interviews, sending offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, negotiating salaries, and keeping track of client feedback.•Diverse Expertise: I've assisted Software Engineer/Developer (Java, .NET, Front End, Full-Stack), Project/Program Manager, Mechatronics Engineer, Customer Service Representative, Clinical Research Site Manager, Design Engineers, Engineering Managers, Automobile Engineers, Embedded Engineers, etc. in finding rewarding career opportunities. •Effective Communication: I regularly engage with Hiring Managers, Account Managers, and Vendors to ensure a smooth recruitment process.•Job Portals: I have extensive experience with various job portals such as Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, Dice, LinkedIn RPS, Sales Navigator, and Premium. I'm highly organized and can efficiently manage multiple tasks.•ATS Systems: I maintain and update accurate data in various ATS systems like Job Diva, Loxo, and ZOHO ATS.
