To follow up the Location, Activity, Hot Inquiries and Deliveries Plan as per the monthly activity calendar with FOs / Demonstrators / DG In-charges / PCH / Area Managers and submit the daily MIS reports on Plan Vs actual.To ensure that there is no overdue enquiry status and all the inquiries generated in the field are entered into TMS, through follow up with Area Manager / PCH / Dealer and provide daily / weekly MIS report.To submit the weekly expected delivery MIS report Customer wise on the customers who are going to purchase tractors in the week as per the Expected date of delivery and follow up with the PCH’s/AM’s for their status.To follow up the hot inquiries to get customer’s feedback, intentions as well as queries and also contact the lost sale customers to find out the reasons for loss of sale and feedback and pass on the same to the concerned Area Manager / PCH / Dealer / FOs.sale and feedback and pass on the same to the concerned Area Manager / PCH / Dealer / FOs.
