I am a Computer Science graduate from Inter Ponce with a strong background in software design and programming. I have been working at CooperVision in Juana Diaz since 2018, starting as an Intern Student, then as a Multiskilled Operator for Biofinity Toric, and currently serving as a Product Support Technician.My technical skills include proficiency in various programming languages such as Python, JS Visual Basic, C++, C#, HTML, and PHP. I have experience in machine learning and GPT, and I am knowledgeable in database management with MySQL and SQL.I have a knack for process improvement and documenting designs, with a solid understanding of automation systems. I am adept at reviewing and modifying standard operating procedures, submitting documentation for safety compliance, and analyzing systems & equipment SOP.I have experience in evaluating infrastructure needs for start-ups, creating OEE & Pareto charts, and using MS Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
