Assistant Service Engineer-Electrical
Current• Developing preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.• Ensuring that system troubleshoot, breakdowns, failures and repairs are addressed promptly.• Maintaining 1 MW, 1.5MW, and 2MW GE Jenbacher gas engine installation and maintenance is operational as per company standards.• Conducting regular inspections of the generator, electrical systems, equipment and components in different workplaces to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairing.• Assisting Electrical Engineer in installation and maintenances of the generator and electrical systems.• Identifying action items and working with the engineering team to close them.• Identifying system integration and providing appropriate resolutions.• Monitoring and report work status to management on regular basis.• Scheduling work review meetings to discuss any issues and recommendations.• Supervising project activities to ensure timely completion and to suggest system updates and enhancements to meet client demands.• Providing technical guidance and Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer specifications.• Scheduling routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems.• Managing and monitoring high-capacity Vendors.• Supervising electrical installation like substation, LT panel, HT panel, PFI panel, Lighting arrestor, generator, switchgear, bus bar tracking system, cable laying & termination, earthling system, repair-maintenance of electrical equipment. Key Achievements:• Transferred and installed 1067KW GE Jenbacher gas engine for Masuma Khatun Textiles in 2020• Overhauled major and minor 25 Textile, FMCG, Suger Mill, Still Mill and Dhaka WASA for 80 engines in 20k, 30k, 40k, 60k hours.• Serviced 25 textile, FMCG, sugar mill, still, mill and Dhaka WASA power troubleshoot for engine load, auto alarm, gas line leakage, actuation missing, cylinder blast, Turbo bypass, actuator failure and synchronizing load shearing.
