I am Md Rubaitul Ahsan Rhythm, currently a freshman at Gettysburg College, PA, and intend to double major in Economics and Business. Apart from my academic studies, I have five years of working experience in 7 companies as a Marketing Executive, Business Developer, and Social Media Advertiser. Currently, I’m remotely managing a Start-up of my own named ‘Venture Education’.Throughout the last five years, I successfully developed and executed marketing strategies such as Promotional Content, Social Media Marketing, Sales Strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Client Engagement, PR, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, Videos and Animations, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Ad Marketing, Promotional Campaigns, etc. that increased brand visibility and engagement across the target audience. For instance, while working as a Marketing Executive at Instant Job Hub Ltd, I boosted their Social Media Engagement and Website Traffic by 500%, organized 10+ Offline Promotional Campaigns at high schools and rural areas, connected to 30,000+ newer members, launched and promoted 7 new courses, collaborated with 20+ organizations and thus helped to increase the Sales and Revenue Generation by 4 times within 5 months.Additionally, my experience as a Business Developer and Social Media Advertiser coexisted together with my marketing skills, by which I helped to grow a bunch of companies, youth organizations, and digital learning platforms overall, helped to generate better insights and more profit, and collaborated with 50+ institutions and organizations. My familiarity with analytics tools enables me to measure the impact of our efforts, allowing for data-driven decisions that enhance our strategies continuously, which ultimately makes me a Business Analyst aspirant.Within my first semester at Gettysburg College, I have already been engaged in various activities. I am working at 2 on-campus jobs, as a Student PR Assistant at our music department named ‘Sunderman Conservatory of Music’ and as an Event and Video Stuff at the Athletics Department. I’m volunteering in a bunch of clubs and organizations in my college including the Model United Nations club, Theatre club, Alexander Hamilton Society, South Asian Students Association (SANGAM), and an after-school tutoring program El Centro. I have successfully worked on 5 projects under the organizations. Recently, I have been accepted to an Entrepreneurial Fellowship named ‘Community GIGs’ for my next semester.
