I am an open-minded and achievement-oriented professional, ready to challenge myself and others beyond the limits of my comfort zone. I have 25 years of experience in the IT industry and software development, starting as a programmer while studying computer science. I have had the opportunity to work in a number of small, medium& large sized organizations, including start-ups, and have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and business verticals, which has contributed to experience in areas such as security, mobile payments, network infrastructure management, financial systems, transportation, entertainment, green energy and nuclear safety systems, process and document management, and many more. My personal interest in psychology over the past 10 years has given me the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge. I have a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and have received a number of trainings and certifications in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from Daniel Goleman, Behavior Analysis and Interview Credibility Assessment from the Emotional Intelligence Academy. In the area of information security, I'm also involved in the information security and I'm certified in internal auditing according to ISO27001, ISO19011, CISM® (Certified Information Security Manager, ISACA). I combine three parallel universes: IT, Information Security and Organizational Psychology. This allows me to see things through three parallel prisms and deliver value in a unique way.
