I am a full-stack developer, however my passion is in the UX & UI. While I love seeing a project come together, I take the extra time to ensure it looks and functions the way it should. I'm trained in systems analysis + design & web programming at university (my two majors), and have had a few varying practical applications of this while at uni. However most of my employed time has been as a web developer.I really enjoy interacting with people, which is why I believe I'm a good fit for a forward facing role. But at the same time, I find that coding / scripting is something that I always coming back to, as it's also something that I enjoy.My database design / management has been mostly on a small scale, but I believe all databases, big or small, should be built with big database thinking.In business, my goals are relatively simple. Grow the business, Improve the business (whatever business it may be), build relationships and have fun doing all this.Specialities: ASP Classic, SQL, HTML, JavaScript + JQuery, usability, CSS, WYSIWYG layout tools, non WYSIWYG coding, Personnel Management, Leadership, Technical Translation (Tech to Non-Tech), and Systems Analysis.I've also had experience with administering Windows and Linux servers, administering local workstations, as well as Powershell & Bash scripting.I work with a wide range of operating systems, and managed both Windows and Linux desktops and servers.
