PML is the study centre of Royal Roads University (RRU), a Canadian public university in the province of BC, Canada. www.royalroads.ca. Joined again in PML as COO with the responsibility to run the operation of both Dhaka and Chittagong site. My responsibilities as COO are:Academic Responsibilities: Managing the day to day operation of the MBA program including administration, registration & admissions.  Making all correspondence with RRU in Canada. Appointing appropriate faculty members, assisting faculty members to follow the academic guidelines of the university relating to teaching and student assessment. Marketing & Sales Responsibilities: Built a strong relationship with corporate clients. Be the main contact person for all corporate communication with client organizations.  Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing customer base. Recruit & train Education Counselors responsible for promoting the MBA program both in Dhaka & Chittagong.  Responsible to foresee that the Education Counselors are able to meet up with the target student enrollment set by the management.  Designing & implementing various marketing & promotional methods for the MBA programs.  Follow-up the service problem of the existing students and ensure prompt customer service and develop business from the existing studentsResponsibilities as Faculty & OCP Advisor: Taught Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior courses of the Royal Roads University MBA program. Was Advisor for Organization Consulting Project (OCP) which is a conclusive research based project undertaken by MBA students at the final stage of their MBA. Assisted students to finish their OCP in accordance with the guideline set by the university and evaluated their reports.
