• Lead and Communicate with Subordinates, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP – Mechanical activities. • Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead.• Co-ordinate with Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors to acquire necessary approval of shop drawing & product technical data sheets.• Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for material and manpower mobilization, including review and validation with team members. • Purchasing process and document control. • Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, product data sheets, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence. • Review Product submittals & shop drawings received from contractors and providerecommendation for approval/disapproval with technical comments.• Review RFI (Request for information) from Contractors and provide recommendation toDesign Consultant.• Review Work Inspection requests received from Contractor.• Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project as scheduled. • Conduct weekly meeting with sub-contractors to review weekly progress and two weeks look ahead program.• Prepare monthly & weekly progress reports. • Client Invoicing & Payment follow-ups.• Project Closeout procedures & documentation.

• Reviewing project requirements through Contract/Statutory documents, Design base report and Technical specification.• Manage projects and related specific activities within given constraints of time, budget and quality. • Ensure scope, schedule and costs are reasonable and achievable. • Plan, schedule and control activities to fulfill project requirements.• Coordinating with Architects, Design Consultants, Vendors and Contractors for smooth work progress.• Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time. • Integrate self into client environment to effectively lead project team building positive professional relationships with clients and associates. • Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Understand the scope of the contract with respect to assigned job, and its subsequent development / implementation in an approved manner.• Review and ensure drawings are prepared as per design and site requirement.• Prepare Drawing & Material Status log to have a better tracking over project.• Quantity takeoff and Material procurement as per project requirement.• Co-ordinate with other services at site for smooth progress and to avoid rework.• Controlling and guiding the manpower to achieve the targets.• Ensure client satisfaction by safety, quality and timely completion.• Client invoicing and subcontractor bill certification.• Preparation of As Built Drawings and handing over documents.• Support testing & commissioning team for successful operation of systems.
