I plan and conduct interviews, gather user surveys, and perform usability tests to better understand user behavior and preferences. These insights enable me to create user personas that further inform the design process and contribute to the long-term product strategy.At the heart of my approach lies product thinking, where I prioritize aligning user experience with broader business objectives.
