CurrentResponsibilities: •Focused on revenue growth and increased market share.•Arrange sales plan monthly , quarterly and yearly along with team incentive plan •Motivating the sales staff, sales admin and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff•Coordinate with All Brands BDM, solving problems for Portals•Deal with vendors by negotiating for Business Margin and Product enlistment on channels•Pricing and Promotions: Setting and adjusting product prices, as well as planning and executing promotional campaigns and discounts to attract.•Fulfillment and Shipping: Overseeing the order fulfillment process, shipping logistics, to meet customer expectations for speed and reliability.• Credit control •Team Management: Leading and mentoring sales team for achieving the target also share the market review with marketing team
