• Developing SOP for each product manufacturing.• To check raw materials and packaging materials analysis test report.• Ensure proper documentation as per SOP and maintain departmental files.• Collect raw materials & production samples regularly and perform details at quality inspection.• Keeping quality document up to date and making sure that QA records data and information are available.• Monitoring of products to ensure high standards quality.• Monitoring SOP, CCP & temperature and collect data.• Monitoring all the work continuing as through guideline of HACCP.• Any Customer complain raised from marketing department, to ensure root cause analyzing, corrective action, preventive action and give them feedback as early as possible.• Ensure hygienic and sanitation condition of personnel, equipment, and machinery and production floor.🔸• Prepare all SOP, Documents & maintain records as per ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL standard requirement.• Oversee the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to prevent and control food safety hazards throughout the production process.

• Inspects and ensures high quality of product which matches pre- determined specifications• Investigates customer complaints and any non-conformance issues.• Prepares reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status, and all tests and Inspections that have been conducted.• Implements food tests and maintains schedule of testing.• Inspects the facility to ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in order to meet food safety requirements.• Assures ongoing compliance with quality and food safety regulatory requirements.• Coordinate and supports on site audits conducted by external providers.• Determines methods to resolve any quality or food safety compliance issues that arise.• Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of HACCP Procedures• Checking the condition of the products online by performing the organoleptic test, packaging weight, package quality.• Properly do all documentation activities and monthly data analysis.
