This positions included identifying and negotiating with potential international clients and partners as well as managing the internationalization of the company.

I began my work at Faraz Ventures, as a business coach and mentor for the nanotechnology startups to be invested in by the company. My job includes the whole pre-acceleration (identifying appropriate teams and startups for investment, evaluating potential teams, negotiating with the teams, facilitating the writing of Pre FS and preparation of the pitch deck) and acceleration (coaching the teams in their one year acceleration period, monitoring their progress and managing the services they need Faraz Ventures to provide) of the portfolio startups. I am also responsible for developing the systems and methods of Faraz Ventures itself and the business development.

I began my job at Entekhab Investment Development Group as the business analyst for the founders' project about family business and charity continuation. Throughout these years my mission has been to empathize with founders' concerns and analyze the needs and requirements of the project and design the business and family governance system to fulfill those needs.
