Responsible for the management and collection of all delinquent account portfolios, with the objective of driving and embedding collection strategies with the collection analysts to bring indebted customer back to order. Process advisor’s task begins from reviewing the account. Once the account is reviewed, different tasks are created (like phone call and Home visit) and put in its respective queues. Once these tasks are done, a ‘Payment Plan’ will be created. In worst case scenarios, task is sent to ‘Write Off’. Based on the ‘Write off’ the task is routed to ‘Recovery Management System’.
