With the acceptance of this proposal, started the organization with hiring of the executive and leadership team, onboarding them with empowerment training and guidance. Lead the overall Application eco-system with RFPs following up with procurement, legal reviews, budgeting, onboarding, implementation and delivery. Likewise lead the Infrastructure eco-system with RFPs following up with procurement, legal reviews, budgeting, onboarding, implementation and delivery. In parallel, onboarded the organization as it grew and buffering the growth of the employees with hands on support across all systems, applications, infrastructure and knowledge transfers.Built several systems at a fraction of the market costs for eCommerce integrations (retail ordering capabilities, supplier portal), Automation of Order Management, Automation of Reconciliation, Automation of Data building a Data Science COE, Automation of POS integration, Automation of various integrations, Automation of Digital Asset Management, Supply Chain Forecasting and Replenishment.
