• Creating and executing project work plans and revising it as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.• Building and reporting metrics for the site in terms of resourcing, projects and financial aspects• Mitigating risk and resolving issues tactfully in a timely fashion.• Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project ensuring project remains on time andwithin cost constraints.• Identifying and renewing deliverables required by the onsite team and communicate the same to the project team.• Communicating the relevant project information to superiors and onsite team as needed.

Process specialist for various processes across the program to provide radical solutions to improvise and ensure it constitutes knowledge in the first place to operate system effectively which enables the process execution team to function with stable system and standard governing process.• Focus in maintaining simple and standardized processes which would easily transferable in contingency situation.• Responsible for Standard Operation Procedure governance and oversee the implementation of new procedures, process according to the standard process governed.• Responsible for success implementation of system, ensure the production team is inclusively trained.• Monitoring the progress of the project from its inception till the end.• Developing presentations, designing workflow, charts for forecasting, reporting and dynamic dashboards.• Supervise the functional training and education, user competencies development according to the business needs.

• Driving projects related to Data Mining, Predictive Modeling and Analytics• Providing Business insights to the clients in order to enhance sales • Deploying new methodologies and techniques to improve the scope of project• Experience in leading and training a team to ensure discussions and decisions lead towards a successful closure so as to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
